Dr . Manoj Sharma completed his Masters in Orthopaedic Surgery in July 1983.

He worked as registrar (orthopaedic surgery) for couple of years in prestigious hospitals of Delhi and started private practice in the year 1986 .He is at present attached to jaipur golden Hospital , Rohini, Delhi as Senior orthopaedic surgeon heading a unit.

Dr .Manoj Sharma had special interest in spine surgery and also in complicated trauma and joint replacement surgery .He attended lots of workshops ,symposia, and conferences related to these subjects in India and abroad.

He received special training in minimally invasive spine surgery. He has so far performed more than1000 cases of spine surgery ranging from cervical and lumber disk surgery to spinal tumors, infections and spinal deformities like scoliosis etc. Dr. Manoj Sharma is the first surgeon in North India to start the laser disc surgery and first in India to start the endoscopic disc surgery for backache(karlstorz).

Dr. Manoj Sharma is member of many international spine societies and keeps adding latest modalities and procedures for management of the Backache and other spine Diseases.
